Center of Excellence on sustainable Vernacular Architecture (CEVA) is established at IIT Ropar and funded by National Mission on Himalayan Studies (NMHS), Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change (MoEF&CC)
There are many variations of available passages, but the Centre of Excellence on sustainable Vernacular Architecture (CEVA) is dedicated to exploring the traditional housing systems of the Indian Himalayan Region. It focuses on their structural and construction methods, aiming to develop resilient vernacular housing techniques capable of withstanding climatic and disaster-related challenges.
